Ideas are worth shit without execution...
Why guy who really haven't achive anything yet in business can say something in the subject ?
Todays world is really full of people who gives business advices. Very often those people
are just reapeating known statements, which does not coincide with their experiance.
They do it also to attract attention of young people who thinks that listening to them
miraclely makes them hard workers and hustlers. It's not.
So let's be clear , I'm not writing this post to try to teach or tell anybody what to do.
This is my true opinion what people should do to step on the business path and it is exactly
where I am now. Trying new ideas, learning and executing. 😉
Some execution examples from my life
My interest in business have started growing from beggining of this year when I sorted out my life.
I balanced my work life and became more patient, calm and self-aware. This made me more happy and
wanted to do more things. I even came back to my old hobby which is hip hop dancing and now I do it
twice a week 💪. But I was always very sporty guy, doing it to stay in shape and keep endorphines
floating in my body. What I haven't done so far is to try to build something for my self, like my
own brand, blog, service (kinda things like that). So that one day I can switch from routine corporate
life to entrepreneurial world. I always got some ideas to develop but unfortunately I didn't make them
happen mainly because of laziness, excuses and things that make you focus not on your own goals.
Until this year. This year I've pushed a lot of my plans on going which resulted in this website
my oldshool car restoration and other things. Let me list what I've done:
➡ Bought a 1966 Ford Mustang which needs full restoration
From about a year slowly and with patient Im restoring this car mainly by myself with a little help
of friendly mechanic. I needed to get a new knowledge and spent a lot of time under the car which made
me really passionate about it. One day all this hard work will pay off with great oldshool car for
myself or for business purposes.
➡ Started my own website
The idea came to me after coming back from Microsoft conference about their cloud "Azure".
I work as a developer in my full time job but I wanted to get involved in my own code projects
As I develop desktop apps I wanted to create a website which will allow me to add constantly new things.
with a little business content. All of you can see on this website is done by me. I was struggling to
set up hosting on Azure and learn how web development really differ from my daily work.
Best thing so far is this tab on my main page which allows users to add their own business ideas and
rate them. I want to put also as many posts as I can to grow my blog.
➡ Tried to create a board game
This one is an example of an execution which turns out not to be my thing.
I got involved in board game developing as my close friends were doing their own game. I felt the flow
and spend some time to think of an idea and start prototype. I was doing it about 3 months, however
time was flowing and I really lost interest in it. I don't regret time I spent because this made me
realise this is not thing I want to do in life.
However without trying I would never know that !
So all I need to do is just try to execute some idea ?
Actually yes ! ... Even if the idea is someting what really interest you, the whole process is not
the easy path and when you start doing, it will expose if you can stick to it for a long time.
You need to be patient and don't really expect anthing amazing happen soon.
I know that I will stick to my Mustang restoration and creating this website together with developing
brand, becasue I'm courious what results will be. I also like it. So main thing you need to do
is figure out why and how you gonna stick with your idea and don't give up on it after couple of
I thought about writing this post to give example how I'm executing my ideas and
maybe inspire others to do the same. I really don't know if any of my ideas will bring anything.
But let's be honest, noone knows, yet there are people who succeed with their dreams so why not to
give it a shot. You will never know unless you start and proceed.
If you not sure what your perfect idea is, write it on our site, others will comment and rate it. Link below:
How to prepare schema for your posts...
Many of people who wants to make their own sites/blogs have no programming skills,
so they choose available services for that like wordpress or wix(most popular ones).
On those service you don't need to worry about html/css or other web issues.
You just simply use editor to change fonts, drag and drop pictures or videos
and put themes you like. As this is really convienient way it requires to stick with
what service can offer and no more above. Moreover mostly people choose to host their
sites on wordpress/wix not knowing that there are many cheaper places for that.
Thats why if you got any programming background why not make a site on your own.
It requires a little effort but then everything is under your control.
Why you want to automate your blog posts on your site ?
Services I mentioned above are mainly used for blogs. If you got an idea for the post
you create a new site, build it, put content and publish.
However for most posts they look similar with bunch of text pictures and links,
so why not try to automate that to decrease the process and save more time.
When you create a new post on your site you are setting new html/css code,
sometimes even more. It is time consuming and even makes us give up on publish new post.
Would be nice to just focus on content and thats it. So I found really easy solution
which requires a little more effort at the begining and then every other post will be
added automatically following simple rules.
How have I done this ?
To have that done on your site you need choose the way you wanna store blog posts externally.
And by externally I mean not in the html code directly.
Best idea is to have your own database, but if your site is only for blog it is enough to have
it in xml file(this is my choice). Read about xml files. So I've created xml file and put it
in root space. Next thing is to specifiy elements. My xml object contains following elements :
➡ Posts | list of posts
➡ Post | single post
➡ Id | identification of post
➡ Title | title of post
➡ Description | all text content
➡ ImageUrl | image displayed in post
➡ ImgAlt | alt text of image
➡ NewsType | category of post (Entrepreneur, Webmaster, Hooby)
➡ HtmlUrl | additional link you want put in post
➡ Day | day of publish
➡ Month | month of publish
➡ ImageIconUrl | image icon next to title and on news feed
➡ Subheader | text under title
➡ TextUrl | link in text of post
Having specified xml file allows us to create model on server side and map the file to this model.
Im not going to go into code details but basicly you need to read the file and create a list of posts,
which then can be send to Blog site and render html code.
" I can share more details, just contact me on any social media. Soon comments, share and like buttons here !!!"
How to customize text content from xml element ?
Ok nice we have automated blog posts, we can specify few elements in xml which will automatically
create new post. However every description is just plain text and looks the same(we can't add html code to xml file)
So how did I managed to to deal with this ?
I have created my own set of rules in xml file which automatically maps to edit html code on post.
For example :
➡ Plus sign makes a line bolded and bigger for headers
➡ Semicolon breaks line
➡ Multiply sign makes words italic.....and so on.
Using these few characters I can edit text content for my post not directly writing html and css code
Now if I have a new idea for post I just look for proper images for icon and main picture, add it to server
write description with few rules and my post is ready for publish without touching html/css code.
Additional advantage of having seperated file for blog posts is that when I update the file with new post
I can just publish xml file and that's it !!!
That's why I am saving a lot of time and publishing more posts. I encourage everyone who has own blog
to do the same.

If you do that I will link your site in next blog post. 👊

I bought a Motorcycle !!!
I'm so glad that I finally decided to get one. So far I had no daily car because over a year
ago I bought a classic car -> Mustang from 1966. Interesting and unusual decision but I don't
regret it. However this post is about Benelli BN 125 so let's don't get distracted 😉
➡ 8.2 kW | Maximum power counted in kilowatts
➡ 11.1 KM | Maximum power counted in horsepower
➡ 142 kg | Weight
➡ 0.058 | Power weight ratio kW/kg
➡ 1.7 | Average fuel consumption, in liters per 100 km
➡ Injection | Power type
➡ 4 (SOHC) | Number of valves per cylinder
➡ 4 stroke (4T) | The type of engine work
➡ 1 Cylinder | The number of cylinders
➡ Manual 5 speed | Transmission
➡ Air | Engine cooling
➡ 780 | The height of the seat
➡ 810 | Width
➡ 2050 | Length
➡ 100/80 R17 | The size of the front tire
➡ 130/70 R17 | The size of the rear tire
My feelings 😉
At first when I saw this motorcycle I fall in love. It looks really amazing
Its body has really sporty shape and not knowing Benelli BN125,
it's hard to imagine that it only has that capacity. So far I've never driven a motorcycle,
but after a few rides I became more confident and headed into city. It runs really stable
mainly thanks to tires which are wide enough to keep it in the ground and to go over holes
really smoothly. Driving comfort is high. Position is straight, maybe a little bit tilted.
You can't feel any vibrations on shifters, just slight ones on fuel tank and footrests
I was able to accelerate it to 123 km/h , but it was on the highway tilted slighlty down.
So I can say the top speed is about 120 km/h . Cruising speed will be between
80-90 km/h . Breaking with CBS on two brake discs and with three-piston calipers
is very effective. Adding some more technical staff I also want to say about shock absorbers.
The front up-side down ones provides comfort. The rear adjustable central shock ensures
cornering stability. Just with one month I was able to ride 1000 km already .
Regarding this motorcycle is budget one, it costs about 2000 EUR , it is really great
for people who wants to start an adventure with motorcycles. And 125 capacity allows
you to ride it with car driving licence in many countries. I don't have motorcycle
driving licence category but alredy think of it to be able to move to bigger one in
near future 😊. My Benelli is white color but on this link you can see the red version
My opinion white is way better with good contrast. Just see it !!!
Unless it is some super new innovation product nobody gonna steal it...
Why should you trust the words ?
Let's say you got the idea, which you think is great innovation.
Your mind then gives you beautiful pictures how you develop it and succeed.
You are super excited so you google it everywhere and realise there maybe
some similar things but not like yours, you are becoming even more excited.
You start taking some steps towards the goal, putting little time and money
on your project. During that time you start to ask yourself. "Is it really a good idea?"
"Can it have any chance to come to live?" . You put some more time to finish
what you started. Of course you've got a lot of other things to do like your
full-time job, hobbies, friends, family etc. It takes some time and you stop being
so excited about your idea. In that moment most of us just abbadon our project
and explain yourselves that it has no chance to see the light anyway.
Maybe you learned something but mostly your time is wasted, your idea
and your engagment is gone.
What are you missing ?
So what really made you quit the project ? You shared it to nobody, you didn't
get any feedback from anybody saying "It is awesome idea, you should progress" .
Why then we are likely not to share our ideas ?
1) We are afraid somebody can steal it and build it before us.
2) We want to make it really great before showing to anybody.
3) We think we will be able to make it by ourselves.
All of them are wrong statements. Trust me your idea never gonna be stolen.
See the graphic on related subject.
To turn your idea into working business, future entrepreneur needs to put huge amount
of work. It really needs to be something he/she likes to do. Waiting for the
perfect occassion to show it to somebody is also bad idea. You will put a lot of time
and money into uncertain things. Just spread it, let the brainstorm flow. You can get
far more positivie things than negativie ones, if they even exist.
A lot of new entrepreneurs think they can do all by themselves. That they can grow their
idea and then show off. Unless you want to progress really slow, better tell it to somebody.
Maybe you will find some help even for free or best if somebody will see occasion
and you will become partners, who will motivate each other.
New content coming up !
Right now I am creating Chapter 2. I will give all visitors possiblity to put their
own ideas, so they can be reviewed just like my business ideas in Chapter 1.
Stay tuned !!

This post contains the poster which explains my idea for the website...
How do I want the content to look like ?
Idea is to let users review their buisness ideas.
Help each other to choose the perfect one based on
what we want to do and what we actually do in life.
Passion into business !
If you create your own website and you want add cool things to it, this post is for you...
How have I done this ?
Let me focus on main thing which is, how is it possible to store
information about clicked like without logged in user.
As you may already know I'm publishing this website to my own
server in Microsoft Cloud. That's why I have full control on what
can be done on server.
During every request to the website, server can have information
about remote ip address.
When user clicks Like button I store remote Ip address
to seperate file in server. When user reloads page,
current ip address is matched with any from the file. If match passes
it means that user already liked the page. If not new remote Ip is
saved in the file and like button turns orange
Do I had any problems ?
The biggest struggle was to get it working in Azure server. Locally
it works perfect, but somehow it couldn't after publishing.
Solution was simple. I didn't have read/write access rights to my
Ip list file. After I granted it all started working as expected.
Below screen shows PowerShell command to grant access to location on IIS Server
If you also create your own website and wonder where to host it,
try Microsoft Azure Cloud
